A full body massage at Sun Spa covers the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and feet with pressure adjusted to your preference, from light Swedish strokes to firm deep tissue work. Your therapist will check in during the session to make sure the pressure and pace feel right for you. Sessions are performed in a quiet, private room at our location on Biscayne Blvd in North Miami Beach.

What to Expect at Your Full Body Massage Appointment
Arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment so your therapist can get started on time. Let them know your pressure preference and mention any health conditions, injuries, or areas you would like them to avoid. Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the spa on Biscayne Blvd, and appointments are recommended on evenings and weekends when we tend to be busiest.

No. Undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress to their underwear and remain covered with a sheet throughout the session, with only the area being worked on uncovered at any given time. Your therapist will step out of the room while you change.
Yes. Tell your therapist your pressure preference at the start of the session, whether that is light Swedish strokes, firm deep tissue work, or somewhere in between. You can also ask for adjustments any time during the session.
Yes. Hot stone is included at no extra charge with any 60 or 90 minute full body massage at Sun Spa. It is not offered on the 30 minute session due to time. There is no upcharge or surprise fee.
